Well, the cafe is inside a Bussines office building.
First floor
They offer different variety of coffee, juice, donuts etc
Always clean
They have few tables to take your time and have a nice talk with friends while enjoying your Mocha Late. -

"Yumm" this is a bacon cheeseburger, I suggest you starve and eat at home. This is the second insistent with this place the first time they served me raw chicken.

Coffee taste good, the employees are nasty and mean, and they don't know how to make coffee. Should spend more time training your employees, make sure they know the difference between cappuccinos and lattes the very simple stuff.

O.V.E.R.P.R.I.C.E.D!!
If you don't work in the Schrafft Center, there is no need to come here... If you work in the Schrafft, BRING YOUR LUNCH!!
They charge you for EVERYTHING, even ice... I kid you not! -

First, it's Schrafft's not Shrafft's but whatever. The point is this is not a cafe in any real sense. It's an office building cafeteria. It is run by Unidine and if you don't know who Unidine is, they are a company who specializes in dining options at places for which and near which there are no other dining options. This means it is expensive and not great. There is no reason to go here unless you work in this building as I do. Also, in an apparent effort to cause confusion, they call the cafeteria the Cafe, and the cafe the Coffee Bar. They keep changing the hours, too, and have constantly been doing renovations since my company moved here in January, so you never know what you're coming in to.
As for the cafeteria itself: the grill and sandwich stations are overpriced and always have a line, the pizza is ok for cafeteria pizza, the salad bar is hit or miss (restock the croutons!), and the premade options are always soggy (I've tried both sandwiches and salads). The only things I can commend are that it's pretty clean, the people who work there are mostly nice, and there's a decent selection of drinks and snacks, but again, overpriced, because you don't really have any place to just run out and get anything.
To summarize: if you don't work here, don't risk your life in the Sullivan Square "rotary of death" (the Boston Globe's words, not mine) to come here. If you do work here, well it's your money, so I don't know, get the pizza, it's cheap.
